I'm a huge iced coffee girly so this is my go-to sweetener. Add a splash of milk and VOILA, a cinnamon spice iced coffee just like the baristas make!

How Long Will Cinnamon Dolce Simple Syrup Last?
Store this cinnamon dolce simple syrup in a glass bottle or jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. I use this syrup every day in multiple coffees (I'm a caffeine fiend, I know!) so it's not unheard of for me to double this recipe so I have enough to use for the full two weeks. I'm never worried about it going bad... only running out!!
