What You Will Need for Homemade Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coffee Syrup
Simple Syrups are so easy to make! Homemade versions are only 3 ingredients - very different from the store bought kind full of preservatives and food dyes! The name of this coffee syrup gives away all of the ingredients for the most part, brown sugar, cinnamon and water.

How to make Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coffee Syrup
Dump everything in a pot and bring it to a boil. Dont forget to mix ensuring the brown sugar melts! Once it has come to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low, maintaining a simmer.

After 15 Minutes of simmering, you will begin to notice the syrup starts sticking more to the sides of your pot and the bubbles will get much larger than when it first began to simmer. This means its done and ready to cool down for bottling!
How to Use Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coffee Syrup
This might come as a surprise, but this simple syrup is PHENOMENAL in coffee. Use it in place of any other sweeteners! I am not sponsored, but huge shout out to Panera. I am a Sips Club Member which I take FULL advantage of to save so much money on barista made coffee. The membership allows me to get a free iced coffee (soda, tea or hot coffee) for just the membership price. What a bargain! The only downside is they don't have fancy coffee flavors for iced coffee that I've grown to love from Starbucks or Dunkins.
BUT THATS WHY WE MAKE THIS COFFEE SYRUP!

How To Store Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coffee Syrup
This recipe is unique being that it gives you the opportunity to use one of those 1000's of jars saved for "just in case" - I used a recycled soy sauce bottle!
